Blueberry Sauce
his goes extremely well with pancakes or waffles, and can also be consumed on icecream. - 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp maize cornflour
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring throughout, until thickened. Can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
